Boardwalks have something for everybody, whether it’s arcade games, carnival rides, mouth-watering junk food or simply people-watching. USATODAY.com’s John Nunnally talked to Dr. Stephen Leatherman, director of the Laboratory for Coastal Research at Florida International University and one of the nation’s top beach experts (he’s also known as “Dr. Beach”), about his list of the nation’s top five boardwalks.
