My partner and I had visited Rehoboth Beach several times and stayed with friends in their respective homes. From the first visit I was impressed. I always wanted a "shore house"; never thinking it would be in Delaware. Now, with our friends retiring in droves and moving there permanently, it made us take a good look at the whole area. That's where Paul came into the picture. He took the time to show us, not only Rehoboth Beach, but the whole surrounding area. He gave us a myriad of housing to look at, everything we thought we'd be interested in. We finally found our perfect house in a community called "Lochwood". The house is perfect inside and out. It gave us the privacy we wanted, a yard to plant flowers in, and no condo fees to pay for. We have wooded areas in the development and roads to ride our bikes on, or take the dogs for walks. It's quiet and very private and only 5 miles from RB. It's a wonderful place to just hang out, or go into town for the festivities year round. We love the Tree Lighting and New Year's festivities just as much as the summer time activities. It's a perfect place for gays and straights to live and love in harmoney. Thanks Paul for helping us find our perfect place and for a job well done!

Because the Hampton's has been my home for so many years, when I heard from Paul how similar Rehoboth was, and more affordable than the Hampton's, I had to make a visit. To my delight, Paul was right on the money! The sunset over the water was breath-taking. Homes were AFFORDABLE, while TAXES were much LOWER than here.
Shopping and theater were all within reach as well. I really was impressed with the whole area and Paul's ecclectic touch in presenting Rehoboth lifestyle.
Now, he's got me thinking!!There are so many possiblities to explore in Rehoboth. I could see my massage business blooming in my favorite spot on the Boardwalk!

It was our first time to Rehoboth, and we didn’t know what to expect. We met Paul at his office (which was impressive) and the first thing he did was drive us a few blocks away to the boardwalk, to get a flavor of downtown, we we’re pleasantly surprised by Rehoboth’s charm. What a great town! After spending the day with Paul we learned so much about Rehoboth and the surrounding areas, while seeing some great priced properties.
We’re ready to enjoy our morning walk on the beautiful Rehoboth boardwalk.
