Ocean Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty Agent Paul Maltaghati is a native New Yorker. He has 25 years of retail experience, 22 of those years as the owner of a
prestigious flower shop located in Midtown Manhattan. Here Paul serviced many high profile celebrity clients and major
Fortune 500 companies with discretion and professionalism.
Paul also comes from a family of REALTORS® serving New York City and Long Island. After 8 years of buying, decorating,
renting, and flipping properties in Rehoboth, he decided to leave the Big Apple and follow his passions
and investments. He calls Rehoboth his home since 2004. Paul has taken an active role in his community, and he
serves on two committees in the neighborhoods where he owns properties.
In his down time, Paul enjoys biking, hiking, and swimming, as well as the surf and sand. He also loves to garden,
which is why he earned his BA in Horticulture at SUNY at Farmingdale, N.Y. He just loves homes from the inside out.
Pursuing his dream in real estate, Paul is proud to join the Ocean Atlantic team in 2005.
