My partner and I had visited Rehoboth Beach several times and stayed with friends in their respective homes. From the first visit I was impressed. I always wanted a “shore house”; never thinking it would be in Delaware. Now, with our friends retiring in droves and moving there permanently, it made us take a good look at the whole area. That’s where Paul came into the picture. He took the time to show us, not only Rehoboth Beach, but the whole surrounding area. He gave us a myriad of housing to look at, everything we thought we’d be interested in. We finally found our perfect house in a community called “Lochwood”. The house is perfect inside and out. It gave us the privacy we wanted, a yard to plant flowers in, and no condo fees to pay for. We have wooded areas in the development and roads to ride our bikes on, or take the dogs for walks. It’s quiet and very private and only 5 miles from RB. It’s a wonderful place to just hang out, or go into town for the festivities year round. We love the Tree Lighting and New Year’s festivities just as much as the summer time activities. It’s a perfect place for gays and straights to live and love in harmoney. Just a note to let you know what a "gem" you have working for you. My husband and I recently had the good fortune to meet Paul Maltaghati at Paynter's Mill. As much as we tried to purchase a home there, it wasn't in the cards. We just could not swing the monthly condo fees. Regardless, your agent Paul still treated my husband and I with total respect, provided us with undivided attention and helped us purchase a place elsewhere. When we eventually move to Delaware full - time, and probably decide to purchase again, we will know who to go to for a future home and that will be Paul Maltaghati. We will always think of Ocean Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty as the place to go for all our Real Estate Needs!
