Open House “Stroll & Roll” Event at The Peninsula on Saturday, May 19
Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty will be hosting an Open House “Stroll and Roll” event at The Peninsula on the Indian River Bay in Millsboro on Saturday, May 19, from 12 noon to 3 pm. Free and open to the public, the event will showcase some of the brokerage’s homes and lots at The Peninsula for sale. In addition, each home on the tour will feature light refreshments and a complimentary menu sampling from The Terrace Grille will be available.
Participants on the Open House Stroll and Roll are encouraged to print our tour maps online at www.oasir.com or pick one up onsite upon arrival at The Peninsula. The gate attendants at The Peninsula will direct open house participants to The Peninsula Café for tour check-in upon arrival. Everyone who visits four or more open houses on the tour that day should drop off their punch card at the cafe or one of the open homes to be entered to win a round of golf for four at the award-winning Jack Nicklaus golf course at The Peninsula.
The Peninsula Stroll & Roll will feature a variety of home styles throughout the community on the open house tour that day. “From noon to 3pm, we’ll be holding open houses in nearly every neighborhood within The Peninsula.
